“I arrived on a last minute appt. after my water was shut off after a burst water main and I had a birthday to get to. I arrived with dry shampoo and thickening powder - not the ideal customer! I have shoulder length EXTREMELY fine hair, it is also wavy and im getting married in September and I wanted to ensure that i could still put it up and not cut too much off. They listened, gave me a head massage and though I didn't love the blow dry - i think they did what they could with what i had!”
